Inventory changes daily in Canada and the U.S. Every clearance building is approved by our engineers for your site, re-engineered if needed for your snow, wind and seismic loads and local building code, and comes with engineer-stamped drawings for your permit.
Toro doesn't offer financing directly, but third-party companies can finance your steel building. Ask your building specialist for details.
Because we are the direct manufacturer, we frequently have overstock or canceled orders in our inventory. These clearance kits are structurally identical to our custom orders but are typically priced at 30% to 70% off, making them an exceptional value for customers with flexible timelines. Steel is a non-combustible material, making steel garage kits a safer option for vehicle storage, maintenance work, and welding applications compared to traditional wood structures.
Toro’s commercial steel buildings start at $19 per sq ft (USD) or $26 per sq ft (CAD) for the steel building kit, and every building is quoted to make sure it meets the loads and codes for your location and use. Each kit ships pre-cut and pre-drilled with engineer-stamped drawings for your permit, and delivery usually takes 2 to 8 weeks (your building specialist confirms timing). Size, doors, insulation and the snow, wind and seismic loads at your site have a big impact on the final price
