I have my basic setup done. Eventually I will add additional container boxes, and then add side sloped roofing to cover them. Tip: You will need a forklift/telehandler to unload the semi flatbed when your product arrives. Spread out everything and get organized. 3 people is minimal to assemble, 4 is better.

Do I need a permit for a steel building?
In most areas, yes. Every Toro building ships with drawings stamped by a licensed professional engineer, which is what your local building department will ask for with your permit application.
Can you build for my state's snow, wind and seismic loads?
Yes. We've engineered and delivered steel buildings to every U.S. state for over 40 years. Every building is engineered for the loads at your exact address, whether that's heavy mountain snow, Gulf Coast hurricane winds or West Coast seismic requirements.
Where are Toro's U.S. buildings made?
Every Toro steel building sold in the U.S. is manufactured in the United States. Toro is headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and has engineered and delivered steel buildings to every U.S. state for over 40 years.
Do you have clearance steel buildings for sale?

Which framing system is right for me?
It depends on your site and how you'll use the building. Cold-formed (M-Model) suits most garages and shops, with clear spans up to about 70 ft. Red iron (T-Model) suits large commercial buildings and very high loads, with clear spans up to about 300 ft. Arch-style Quonset huts are the most economical for wide, open storage, with clear spans up to about 125 ft and a 50-year rust perforation warranty. Your building specialist will recommend the right fit for your site.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–8 weeks after you order, depending on your building and where it's going. Your building specialist confirms the timing for your address.
Does Toro install buildings?
No. Toro manufactures and ships complete steel building kits. Every kit arrives pre-cut and pre-drilled, so you or a local contractor can bolt it together with no welding. Get a quote to start planning your building.
