With the help of a few trades, we were able to construct it properly and quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Snow and high winds in Central West Ontario<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kZkWBiBbbP8&amp;t=57s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">0:57<\/a> The environmental concerns that we have at Howler&#8217;s are snow loads and high winds, being in Central West Ontario. These were considerations that the engineer had to take into account, and provide us with solutions that were safe for humans and for dogs.<\/p>\n<p>A more hygienic building<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kZkWBiBbbP8&amp;t=78s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1:18<\/a> It offered us a more hygienic approach over a conventional building. It allowed us to ensure that we could clean the building to a level that we wouldn&#8217;t have any kind of biological issues.<\/p>\n<p>Built to last<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kZkWBiBbbP8&amp;t=106s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1:46<\/a> What I&#8217;m really saying is this building will be here in 50 years.
